*The Delaware Depository had a withdrawal of 14,643 ounces out of eligible vaults
*Delaware also adjusted a single ounce out of eligible and into registered
*HSBC had a large withdrawal of 444,455 ounces out of eligible vaults
*JP Morgan & Scotia Mocatta had NO CHANGES
*TOTAL COMEX REGISTERED Silver Inventory increased by 1 ounce to 31,091,254 ounces
*TOTAL COMEX ELIGIBLE Silver Inventory declined a net 482,440 ounces to 75,650,622 ounces
*TOTAL COMEX SILVER Inventory declined to 106,741,876 ounces
