That's right...the 3 million ounces of silver were never actually withdrawn from the Brink's vault Tuesday, an intern was just busy scrawling Scotia's name on 3,000 new post it notes.
COMEX WAREHOUSE SILVER INVENTORY UPDATE 3/8/12
*Brink's had a withdrawal of 300,366 ounces out of eligible vaults
*Brink's also had a deposit of 7,178 ounces into eligible vaults
*Delaware had a withdrawal of 5,200 ounces out of eligible vaults
*No Changes for HSBC or JP Morgan
*Scotia Mocatta received 2,932,806 ounces (Tuesday's withdrawal from Brink's) into eligible vaults
*Scotia also reported a separate withdrawal of 31,035 ounces out of eligible vaults
*TOTAL REGISTERED silver was unchanged at 33,842,948 ounces
*TOTAL ELIGIBLE silver increased a net 2,603,383 ounces to 96,634,127 ounces
*TOTAL COMEX Silver increased to 130,477,075 ounces
So Tuesday, Brink's reported a withdrawal of 2,932,806 ounces of silver out of dealer vaults, and the very next day Scotia Mocatta reports an IDENTICAL deposit of 2,932,806 ounces into dealer vaults!

As a strangely coincidental supply turned up in JPMorgan vaults almost simultaneously as the MFGlobal clients phyzz went missing, until the CME provides an update of what happened to this stolen inventory, The Doc will continue to provide the latest available info on this from the CME:
