Shipping Rates Turn NEGATIVE as Glencore Contracts Ship at Minus $2k/day

While officials have begun pushing for negative interest rates, shipping rates took the plunge into negative first, with reports out today that Glencore has made a deal with GMI contributing $2,000/day to Glencore's fuel costs!!!
