Clearly the cartel is doing all that it can to build inventories to survive the September delivery month, one of the largest COMEX silver delivery months of the year.

Adding more intrigue to the September delivery, the Wynter Benton group has reappeared again threatening to disrupt COMEX delivery.

September should be interesting.
