Is a Silver Search Coming to a House Near You?

This afternoon as the CME group was in the process of hiking silver margins for the 3rd time in 5 trading days, we recommended you buy the dip as silver hit $43.50.  They just don't make cartel silver raids like they used to. Not too long ago a cartel raid like today's would have induced panic selling of silver for the next 5 trading days.  No longer. Silver is already back up above $45.50 and climbing.
Blythe's gonna have to pull out her playbook, this margin hike thing is just not doing the trick anymore!
So what can we expect next from Blythe and friends?
Look for The Morgue to bring the trolls back out of the woodwork soon with a new scaremongering tactic: silver confiscation rumors.

Don't believe a word of it. 
First of all, the average American owns no silver whatsoever.  Hard as it is to believe, you are not the average American. (If you were, our posts would all have 25 million + views like every Glee song on Youtube) To the average Joe, silver is a classy Beamer color. 
Silver confiscation is only a viable option for the gov't if its citizens ACTUALLY OWN SILVER!
2nd, a very large majority of those Americans who actually do own physical silver also happen to be gun owners.  Most silver owners are about as likely to answer their door and hand over their silver with a smile as they are to offer their bride to Biff Tannen or Charlie Sheen on their wedding night. 

If ANY silver confiscation takes place, it will be by nationalizing the silver mining companies.  This is actually a HUGE risk, and a factor that is a major consideration for us in our mining positions.  One decree and all silver mines are now property of the US Gov't.  Shareholders of SLW are much less likely to bring their .243 into the situation than you or I are if the NSA Silver Team ever knocks on our door.

So physical silver confiscation will never happen. 

What WILL HAPPEN, is rumors of confiscation.  You can take that to the bank. The rumors will come from all over- from analysts you've never heard of, from previously respected silver guru's, and obviously from CNBC, etc. 

Don't believe them for a second.  Just smile, and keep stacking!
