Illinois Nears Financial Disaster

Illinois is now spending $3 for every $2 in revenue...and is nearing the brink of disaster. Numerous other US states are are in the same positions, and all will ultimately head to Uncle Sam with hat in hand begging for further bail-outs.  QE will not only continue, but will exponentially increase.
