Feds Issue Threat: No Fly Zone for Texas if TSA Can't Molest Passengers

Texas' state legislature has been working on legislation that would criminalize any personal searches conducted without probable cause.  The Nazi's...ahem....Feds, have responded by sending a letter to Texas state legislators threatening the establishment of a "no fly zone" for all of Texas should such legislation be passed.

“If HR [sic] 1937 were enacted, the federal government would likely seek an emergency stay of the statute,” Murphy wrote. “Unless or until such a stay were granted, TSA would likely be required to cancel any flight or series of flights for which it could not ensure the safety of passengers and crew.”

To no surprise from us, the Texas legislators have no real cajones, as the bill's sponsor, Senator Dan Patrick withdrew the legislation following the Fed's threats.
