Gold Hits New All-Time High, Nears $1550

While silver consolidates after its recent mammoth gains (and back to back margin hikes this week), gold is taking its turn leading the parade.
While silver has stolen everyone's attention, gold has quietly climbed to the doorstep of $1550.
Gold's ascent has been a relentless march higher, and today gold has just placed another brand new all-time high of $1546.60.  A close at or above $1550 today would set up a potential violent move upwards next week, likely dragging silver above $50 as well.
