In 2012, Obama to Press Ahead without Congress

According to the headlines, Obama vows to be a one man wrecking crew in 2012.  Upon further review, he vows that he doesn't need to do anything in 2012 besides his campaign for re-election! But hey, Obama not passing any more laws...maybe that's not such a bad thing.
