Last month several readers tipped us off that Bob Chapman of the International Forecaster had plagiarized our work detailing the 10 million ounce short increase in silver by The Morgue in May in his private subscription service as his own.
Apparently he has mended his verbatim ways slightly, as Chapman has added a month and $10 to the Doc's $70 silver call by the end of 2011, calling for silver to double by February.
Sarcasm aside, Chapman has been fairly accurate throughout the gold and silver bull market, and will likely be proven correct with this call as well.
