Nuclear professor Christopher Busby from the European Committee on Radiation Risks states "the situation at Fukushima is out of control ", and states that things are FAR WORSE than a nuclear melt-down, as "there have been nuclear explosions we now know from the isotopes". Great. Far Worse than nuclear melt-down.
Obviously the nuclear explosions explain the massive Xenon-131 cloud now blanketing the US and Canada.
