Fukushima's reactor #3 appears to be in meltdown. We have this report from Kyodo confirming high level radiation is leaking from #3's core, we have the Jap gov't now recommending evacuations for those within 30km of Fukushima, and we have this report on ZeroHedge from Yomiuri reporting that radioactive zirconium 95 has now been found in water samples- indicating the zirconium casing of the spent fuel rods' storage container has melted.
