Next Gen Chinese Aircraft Carriers to Launch in 2015

The Chinese reportedly have begun construction on a next-generation fleet of aircraft carriers that put the US fleet to shame.  The Chinese carriers are designed to have the ability to service their nuclear fleet unseen under their twin hulls, (designed like a catamaran for superior stability) have twice the speed of a US carrier, and are scheduled to be completed by 2015 at 1/3 of the cost of a standard US carrier.
