Yesterday, we reported that Bart Chilton states that the CFTC is "on the case" regarding the missing/stolen MF Global segregated (supposedly) customer funds.
Well, we would like to know exactly how much investigation is required to put Corzine and the rest of the MF Global crony execs behind bars when the SEC has received an email from MF Global, ADMITTING the shortfall in its segregated funds account, sent to the SEC at 7:18pm the day of the bankruptcy filing, 10/31.
Does the CFTC need a 3 year investigation like the current ongoing investigation into the silver manipulation???
