The Bernank: "Growth Likely to Pick Up in 2nd Half of the Year"

Just how many times does The Bernank think that the sheeple will believe his "the economy will pick up in the 2nd half of the year" bull sh*t?  Seems to us this was his mantra in 2009 and 2010, so what the heck, might as well bring it back for 2011.  Maybe one of these years something will pick up in the 2nd half.
Whats the old saying?
