The dollar is getting a bid this morning, and holding above the critical 76 support level on news S&P has downgraded Portugal to BBB-/A-3. The currency race to the bottom between the Euro and the Dollar is warming up..we still think this is one race the dollar will win, unfortunately.

Dollar Rises on Portugal Downgrade
The dollar is getting a bid this morning, and holding above the critical 76 support level on news S&P has downgraded Portugal to BBB-/A-3. The currency race to the bottom between the Euro and the Dollar is warming up..we still think this is one race the dollar will win, unfortunately.
