"Cash is King"... But only if cash is backed by gold (or silver) (ie, cash = gold or silver), like during the previous Great Depression.
At the present day, cash is backed by nothing of intrinsic or tangible value. Cash is purely fiat. Worse yet, it is being printed without end.
THEREFORE, cash is NOT king today (nor could it be). Conclusion: Gold and Silver are King.
